Al Ashaab Quran Academy was a working institute with a real teaching reputation and a physical ceiling. Students had to be in a particular place at a particular hour, learn from whoever was assigned, and wait until the next session to ask a question. Growth was capped by geography and the timetable, not by demand.
We rebuilt the academy as a virtual campus. Every course now has one page carrying its recorded lectures, its live session, its structure, and its objectives. Students browse verified instructors and choose their own, message their teacher in real time during a lecture, and pick up a lesson whenever their day allows. Enrolment and payment run through a secure Stripe-backed flow supporting both card and bank transfer, with receipts and confirmations handled in-app.
The result is a student-centric marketplace rather than a digitized timetable. The academy kept the thing that made it work, expert instructors teaching the Quran, and shed the constraints around it: fixed hours, fixed teachers, and a fixed location.
