Product Engineering

Built for Day 1000.

Most agency-built products break by year two — rewrites, scaling failures, technical debt. We engineer products that still scale, ship, and grow when you hit your thousandth day in production.

Two Ways to Work with Us.

Whether you’re launching something new or scaling what works, we ship it to production and keep it compounding.

MVP in 4 Weeks

Your idea, designed, built, and live in 4 weeks. Real users on a real product so you can validate fast and commit with confidence.

Scale What’s Working.

We embed a senior pod with your team and ship continuous improvements every 2-week sprint. Your platform compounds in capability as your user base scales.

How We Deliver

Five steps from first conversation to a live product that keeps improving.

Step 1

Discovery & Strategy

We define the problem, map your business goals, and ensure every feature we plan serves a clear commercial purpose.

Step 2

Design & Architecture

We design the user experience and the technical foundation underneath it. What your users see and what powers it behind the scenes, built together.

Step 3

Build & Ship

We build in 2-week sprints, shipping functional code you can see and test in real time.

Step 4

Launch

We stress-test every layer, handle server configurations and store submissions, and deploy your product to production.

Step 5

Optimize & Scale

We monitor performance, scale your infrastructure, and ship improvements based on real user data and market demand.

Industries We’ve Worked Across

We work across industries. What stays consistent is how we deliver: production-grade systems, built fast, measured by results.

If you are a non-technical founder looking to build a SaaS, I definitely recommend Credminds as your partner. For sure, they deliver.

Working with the Credminds team has been an outstanding experience. They consistently went above and beyond, exceeded our expectations, and delivered high-quality work faster than we were often prepared to review or implement. At times, we became the bottleneck, but they remained patient, flexible, and highly responsive throughout the entire process.

Exceptional work and communication. This is not an area of web development I have been previously involved in. The Credminds team were extremely patient and professional, with a proactive style, went above and beyond.

Credminds delivered an excellent result. The project involved multiple structural adjustments, workflow refinements, pricing logic updates, dashboard redesign, and email automation alignment. They handled everything with clarity, technical precision, and strong problem-solving skills.

Questions founders ask before kicking off

Common questions teams ask before they bring us in to ship a new product or scale an existing one.

  • You do. Full stop. Code, designs, infrastructure, accounts, repos — all of it transfers to your ownership from day one. We don't hold proprietary frameworks hostage, we don't license you back your own product, and we don't lock you into our hosting. If we walked away tomorrow, you'd own a complete, transferable codebase your next team can pick up.

  • It doesn't, because we lock scope before we lock the timeline. We've productized the 4-week MVP by being ruthless about what fits in it — one core workflow, one user, one platform. If your idea genuinely needs more, we'll tell you in the discovery call and quote a longer timeline up front. We don't pad timelines and we don't quietly extend them mid-build.

  • We default to TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node, and Postgres for web; React Native or native Swift/Kotlin for mobile; AWS or GCP for infrastructure. We pick the stack based on what your product actually needs and what your future team can hire for — not what we feel like writing this month. If you have an existing stack, we work in it.

  • Yes — and we engineer for that from day one. Clean architecture, documented decisions, sensible test coverage, and no exotic dependencies. When you're ready to move the work in-house, we run a structured handover with your team: architecture walkthroughs, runbooks, and 30 days of post-handover support. No ransom, no lock-in.

  • MVP in 4 Weeks is a fixed fee with a fixed scope, so you know the total cost before kickoff. Scale What's Working is a monthly retainer for an embedded pod, priced by team size and sprint velocity. We don't bill hourly because hourly billing rewards slow work — both our offers are structured around shipping outcomes, not logging time.

  • For MVP clients, we offer a 30-day post-launch window for fixes and small adjustments included in the build fee, then transition to either a Scale What's Working engagement or a structured handoff to your team. For Scale clients, post-launch is the work — that engagement is built around continuous shipping after go-live, not a one-time delivery.
