Freshline was engineered as one grocery operation expressed through four purpose-built interfaces. Customers place and track orders, pickers assemble baskets, drivers manage dispatch and delivery, and administrators monitor the entire system from a single control layer.
The implementation combined Django, n8n, Flutter, and Google Maps to keep order state synchronized across every participant. That shared operational state is the core of the product. A status change made by a picker or driver becomes immediately useful to the customer and visible to the admin team.
The result is a grocery commerce ecosystem designed for repeat behavior: less checkout friction, clearer delivery communication, faster weekly reordering, and an operational backend that can scale without fragmenting the customer experience.
